Do you provide the alcohol, or is that the client’s responsibility?

• We don’t provide the alcohol but are happy to help you create a shopping list to ensure you have everything you need for your event.

 

Do you offer customizable drink menus?

• Yes! We love working with clients to create signature cocktails and personalized drink menus for their special day.

 

 Do you provide non-alcoholic or mocktail options?

• Absolutely! We can include delicious mocktails to ensure all your guests have something special to enjoy.

Event Preparation

 

 Do you bring your own bar setup or equipment?

• We can provide a full bar setup, including tools, mixers, and garnishes. If a portable bar is required, let us know, and we can discuss your options.

 

 How early do you arrive to set up?

• We typically arrive 1-2 hours before the event begins to ensure everything is ready to go.

Policies & Pricing

 

 How do you price your services?

• Our pricing depends on factors like the number of bartenders, hours of service, and any additional requests. Contact us for a personalized quote!

 

Do you require a deposit to book?

• Yes, we require a deposit to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due closer to the event.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

• Cancellations made within 60 days are eligible for a refund of the deposit. For cancellations closer to the event date, additional charges may apply.

 

Are tips included in the pricing?

• Gratuities are not included in the service fee but are greatly appreciated! We can add a tip jar at the bar or include gratuity in the final invoice based on your preference.
